Accordion 11/12 1920
Many a theater director and concert-arranger would have been yellow and green with envy of the migrations that last night went to the theater in Nakskov, to an accordion concert.
There has never been crammed so many people together in the theater as there were last night. Not only was every seat taken including an extra row on the other side of the stage, but through the hallway people stood pressed together, as much as possible. Over 600 tickets were sold.
They treated their high-tech instruments with a tremendous routine, especially Mr Borgstrøm, with real musical understanding. The program spanned such a wide field as the "Doll Lise" to Lumbye's "Drømmebilleder" ("Dream Pictures").
A loud applause for the musicians repeatedly, and forced them relentlessly to play extra numbers.
